The objective of the application is to develop a system where various business enterprises and individuals can advertise their products and services. The purpose is to provide a centralized repository of information, which can be easily maintained and accessed.
Existing System:
In the present system business organizations advertise their products and services through various channels such as print media, visual media, banners, hoardings and other means. Individuals also use the same means to advertise their goods and products. These conventional techniques may not achieve the intended goals, as their reach is limited to a few numbers of customers. Moreover, the cost factor is also high and requires more effort.
Proposed System:
The proposed system is designed in such a way it is possible to advertise products and services with ease and minimum expenses. The system allows various interested parties to register and advertise their products, which can be viewed by a large number of users and customers.  The application supports various features and functionalities to publish and manage the advertisements. The application allows to make announcements regarding events, to display business opportunities and vacancies, to advertise services and notifications, and also advertisements related to various sectors such as auto industry, real estate and others.
Modules:
The application comprises the following major modules.
Ad Registration:
This module provides a facility for registration of advertisements. Individuals and business organizations can register one or more advertisements.
Category Management:
This module maintains all advertisements and services under different categories. The number and type of categories will be decided by the administrator of this application. Administrator can add, delete and edit the categories.

My Classifieds:
This module maintains the details of all classifieds and advertisements put up by a particular individual or organization.
Classified Administration:
This module is responsible for all classifieds. It maintains details such as type of classified, its duration and validity, its category, ownership and others.

Objective:
This project deals comprehensively about the Mailing system of Electro Genesis Cue.  Here we’ll find the communication between Generating Units and Electro Genesis Cue Head Quarters.  Means the data is transferred between there two.The Electro Genesis Cue Department is the primary power generating unit and is dedicated for producing power.  The purpose is to maintain all the records of the Electro Genesis Cue Mailing System.  This document is the only one that describes the requirements of the system.  Any changes made to the requirements in the future will have to go through the formal changes approval process. 

EXISTING SYSTEM
            The existing system is manual system and has many disadvantages like: Needs to be converted into automated system, Risk of mismanagement of data, Less Security, No proper coordination between different Applications and Users, Fewer Users – Friendly, Accuracy not guaranteed, Not in reach of distant users.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
The development of the new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in view of the database integration approach. User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls. Users from any part of the world can make use of the system. New system will process accurate results. New system will be much better in performance as compared to existing one.

Modules:

The system after careful analysis has been identified to be presented with the following modules - Add Units, Add Users, Address Book Details, Send/Receive Mail Details, Inbox Outbox, Authentication

Module Description

Add Units: In this module the administration authority can add new units in the system.  A unit major functionality is to generate the power.  All units are in different locations in Andhra Pradesh.  The administration authority fill the complete details of units and press submit button means the data will be saved on database.  For every unit a target Email-Id is there.

Add Users: It includes adding new users which are working in Head quarters which is situated in Hyderabad called Electro Genesis Cue Head Quarters. All users of this system are performed different roles in Centralized Head Quarters in Hyderabad.  For every user username, password, address and phone number and Email Id is provided. The administration authority fill the complete details of units and press submit button means the data will be saved on database.

Address Book Details: This module is used to find the Address details of a particular Unit or User.  It means that it contains all the Users and Units Email-Id’s with unit name and city and phone numbers.  If any changes done at the administration level then to export that address book details and update the information there also.


Send/Receive Mails:  This module is mainly used for sending and receiving mails between units and head quarters. When ever a used press on the send button with fill the proper information the mails automatically send from outbox folder of your application and if there are any new messages it will be downloaded and saved in Inbox folder of the application in centralized database system.   Once this process is finished we’ll get the message “Sending and Receiving Mails Completed Successfully”.

Inbox/Outbox: This module contains all the information about the Send Items and Receive mails.   Every Send Item is saved on outbox folder and Received Items will be saved on Inbox only.

Authentication: This module provides security to the application.  Every user should enter correct user name and password to proceed.  This request will goes to database and check the user existing.  If you entered wrong user name and password then it prompts you “Incorrect Username or Password…”

Objective
The Financial Suit Axis is an automated insurance facility for all walks of life. The root of the system starts from registration of the customer. This follows with a series of procedures like inspection and other verifications which ultimately end up with either registration or rejection. This system is enhancing the facilities provided to the customers by converting it into an automated and online system

Existing System
          Existing system is a semi automated system. Here the policy holder needs to apply for any claims he can able to approach the policy office manually. Here the policy holder applies for his insurance claims through paper and submit necessary documents in Xerox copies. The insurer can receive the claim application from the policy holder and stores the information in local system database like ms word, excel etc. To investigate a claim, the surveyor needs to collect the claim request through manually, and submit the claim process details also manually. It is a time delay process to solve more number of claim requests.

Proposed System
          The proposed system is fully automated system here the system need to maintain the centralized database to store the information. Existing system maintain the data in local database only. To share the data from this local database is tedious job. The RDBMS database like SQL Server can able to share the data to all users simultaneously. Policy holder can able to apply a claim request through this online system. The request directly received insurer, and send this request to surveyor directly. Here no need to sending Xerox copies as documents. The policy holder information is stored in centralized database which can be shared by all the users of this system. The time will be reduced while using the centralized database for data sharing.

The modules involved are Administrator, Insurer,      Surveyor,     Customer (Policy Holder), Reports, Search, Authentication

Module Description

Administrator
1) Can Add Insurance details into the system (like Accident, Fire, General, etc., Fire Insurance in this case).
2) Can Add/Update the Insurer (insurance company) details into the system.
3) Can generate Reports based on Insurance type, Insurer, Surveyor, duration like Monthly & Yearly, etc.

Insurer
1) Will receive the request claim from the Policy Holder for a particular Policy.
2) Will verify the uploaded documents and reviews the documents against the items damaged which are Covered and NOT Covered under the policy.
3) Assign the task to the Surveyor by sending the request details along with attached documents.
4) Should get the Comments of the Surveyor about the survey.
5) He/she can Accept/Reject/Modify the Insurance claim Amount along with necessary remarks.
6) Can update the status of the Insurance claim into the system.

Surveyor
1) Should able to Login to the system.
2) Should Receive the Claim Request details of the Policy Holder along with necessary documents attached.
3) Should able to send back the Comments about the Survey to the Insurer along with Survey Reports.

Policy Holder
1) Customer can register with the Site and login to the site.
2) Can update the details of Insurances has taken against the Assets (like House, Computer, Car, Vehicle, Goods, etc.)
3) Should make the Request for Insurance Claim along with necessary details.
4) Should upload the Police Complaint report as attachment for the Request.
5) Should able to check the Status of Request through online system.

Reports
          Various types of reports are generated by the system.
1.     Claims reports which are processed or not processed
2.     Accept/Reject Claims Reports
3.     Claims transactions like monthly, yearly etc.
Search
          Search is a module which can be used by all the user of this requirement. Admin can able to search Insurer details, insurance type, surveyor details etc. Insurer can able to search the insurance information and documents of a policy holder while checking the claim request. Policy holder can able to search the status of request through the system interface for his claims.

Authentication
Authentication is nothing but providing security to the system. Here every user must enter into the system throw login page.  The login page will restrict the UN authorized users.  A user must provide his credential like user Id and password for log into the system. For that the system maintains data for all users.  Whenever a user enters his user id and password, it checks in the database for user existence.  If the user is exists he can be treated as a valid user. Otherwise the request will throw back.

Existing System:
          The current system is semi-automated system. In this system the customer can know the information about any policy by agent only. (In this system the agent’s recruitment will be done on the basis of exam conducted at desired location). In this system the calculation for policy premiums is done manually using devices like calculator. Providing help to the customers manually is a tedious job. In this system policy confirmation is sent through letters only. This system doesn’t have the facility of 24 X 7.
Proposed System:
The development of new system contains advanced features. This system provides information about new policies or existing polices in the automated format like PDF files. This system maintains catalog and contact information about agent’s branch wise. This system maintains the profiles and manages the same of all policy holders. Automated e-mail based confirmation is possible in this system. This system provides interface to customer that helps him to know about his/her policy details. It also provides the search facilities about newly added policies in the existing system. The new system also provides the interface to the agents. The agents have the facility to send mails/alert messages to his customers regarding policy premium renewals. This system provides online help to customers and training modules to agents and customers grievance handling mechanism

Administrator
          Administrator is a super user treated as owner of this site.  He can have all the privileges.  Administrator can register customers, agents directly, and delete the information of a registered agent. Administrator can add new policies, information, notices and their work structure into the system. Admin can provide on line help to the customers and process their queries and send status to the customers.   He can provide agents information of customer native region.  He can conduct training modules to the agents.
Agents
          An agent is a registered user approved by the administrator with regard to a particular region.  Agent’s information is provided to the customers by administrator only.  Agents can set alert mails for the premiums due or new or important notices.  All such formats should be available in advance to the customers by agents only.   Agents need to provide necessary information to the customers and educate them.
Customers
          A policy holder is called as customer to this system.  He can log into this system in 24 X 7 mode. He needs to pay insurance premium through online.  A customer claims a report and check the status also.
Premium Calculations
          Insurance Premium is the payment made by the policy holder to the insurance company on a regular time span. This payment has to be made by the insured person till the maturity of the insurance. Insurance Premium may vary from company to company along with the coverage limit. Thus, while selecting an insurance policy one should be very careful and should compare all the possible options through this system.        The administrator or agents calculate the premiums on the basis of the requirement particulars of the customer.
Web Registration
          The system has a process of registration.  Every customer need to submit his complete details in the form of registration.  When a user registration is completed he is provided with a user id and password with which he can log into the system. 
Search
          Different kinds of search are available to customer as well as administrator.  Information catalog and search facility for all available policies and exportable in PDF formats, Catalog and contact information about agents of your regions are available. Agent information can be displayed to the customers in their own regions.
Reports
Different kind of reports is generated by the system.
Insurance agent should be able to generate reports for a number of policies processed in specified duration with a detailed backup.

Objective:

The solution/system has been built keeping in mind that this will be implemented as part of an organization intranet solution. For implementing this we have used various types of E-Cards so that employee will select the one, which he likes and sends that to his friend or colleague. Employee   can view his inbox if any cards are posted to him. He can add a reminder and he can view that particular event on that particular date.

EXISTING SYSTEM:
In the existing system during any occasion an employee needs to greet the other person manually or personally. Greeting cards needs to be bought and then handed over personally to the other person. Reminders are not available, dates of the birthdays and anniversaries can be easily missed out. We need a system which can overcome the manual work needs to be implemented.

Proposed System:

With the advent of automation sending greetings within an organization or even across the world has become a simple task and just a few clicks on the mouse can do the task. This project contains the e-cards which can be used by an employee to send to the other. Reminders, notes, maintenance, sending and receiving mails are some of the important features available in the project.

The customer may have to collect information from various sources. It takes a lot of time to plan a tour and often the data may not be up to date.
Proposed System:
The proposed system maintains a centralized repository of all related information such as tour packages, places, hotels and enables one to make reservations for various transportation modes. The system provides all the help and information that a customer generally requires. The system allows one to browse through all the details and information.

         In present systems it is difficult to coordinate the activities of all involved users. Often the details of facilities and amenities available in a village are not properly organized and stored. This results in mismanaged activities. Donors and others could not interact with other active members.

         The proposed system maintains a centralized database to store information related to all activities. The system maintains details of all group members and their activities. The system also maintains information regarding donors. System allows one to access the necessary information about the facilities available in a village.

It’s a limited system and fewer users friendly. Searching of particular information is very critical it takes lot of time. The system doesn’t have the facility of 24 X 7.The existing system calculating advertisement tax is really a tough job. There is no possible way to maintain the assets; inventory means purchase/Acquisition of Assets, calculating depreciation etc. in this system. Maintaining the Birth and Death records are a tedious job in the existing system. Grievance handling and status reporting to citizen is not    possible.      
 Proposed System:
          The development of this new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in the view of database integration approach. User Friendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system Rich User Interface. It can be accessed over the Internet. The user information files can be stored in centralized database which can be maintained by the system. This can give the good security for user information because data is not in client machine. Authentication is provided for this application only registered members can access. Report generation features is provided using crystal reports to generate different kind of reports.
