Conjunct Expedient
OBJECTIVE:
EXISTING
SYSTEM:
Most of the schemes
introduced by the Government go into dustbin just because the officials who implement
the schemes could not make them available to suitable people. Public Schemes a
software application to automate the process for utilization of various schemes
provided by government for various panchayats. Public Scheme Software takes
care of the activities related to the schemes provided by the government. The
major responsibility is to take care of the proper utilization of different
schemes in a transparent way.
Existing System:
·
Most
of the schemes introduced by the Government who implement the schemes could not
make them available to suitable people.
·
An
ordinary person can’t apply to the scheme directly.
·
There
is no secured system to the applied person.
·
The
person unable to know about the rejection of an application.
·
The
funds can’t reach to an ordinary person there is a chance of mis-utilization of
funds.
Proposed System:
·
Public
Schemes a system which enable an ordinary person to directly apply for a scheme
and track the status from time to time
·
Directly
an Ordinary person can apply to the scheme through this portal.
·
In
case the application is rejected then the person will come to know the reason
for the rejection.
·
This
system provides effective way to manage the important information in a very
secure manner by authenticating users at various levels.
Project
Analysis:
This application has been
divided in to four modules
1.
Admin Module:
This module is completely
under the control of Administrator. He is having authority to view all types of
schemes, all the users, adding new schemes, generating reports, deleting the
expired schemes etc. This module plays a major role in this portal.
2.
User Module:
This module is all about
the users, Here users can view the types of schemes, if they are eligible for
scheme then users can apply to that specific scheme. In this module the users
will come to know the reason of rejecting their application.
3.
Scheme Module:
This module is all about
the schemes. In this module all the newly introduced schemes by the government are
presented in this module. Users and administrator is interacted with this
module.
4.
Reports Module:
This module is all about
the reports. This module provides final reports of the users, i.e. the details
of the users, eligibility of the users, expired date of the scheme, reasons for
rejected files etc are presented in this module.

SCOPE
OF THE PROJECT
This Document plays a vital role in
the development life cycle (SDLC) as it describes the complete requirement of
the system. It is meant for use by the developers and will be the basic during
testing phase. Any changes made to the requirements in the future will have to
go through formal change approval process.
OOAD MODEL was being chosen because
all requirements were known beforehand and the objective of our software
development is the computerization/automation of an already existing manual
working system.
